記錄一次nfs服務器異常引起nfs客戶端df -h無法執行的問題處理過程

環境介紹：

NFS-Server:CentOS-6.8

NFS-Client:RedHat-6.5

故障現象：

1、客戶端服務器執行df -h命令查看空間使用情況時處於一直執行狀態，沒有結果返回。

2、客戶端服務器可以通過cd 進入/var，/home，/等目錄下。

3、在/目錄下執行du -sh *時，一直處於執行狀態，無結果返回，與ls 和df -h 現象一致。其他目錄可以正常執行。

故障排錯：

1、查看系統資源使用情況vmstat、top，結果返回無明顯異常，cpu和內存使用情況負載較低，排除相關資源瓶頸。

2、查看/var/log/message，無報錯。

3、查看/var/log/dmesg，結果顯示如下，懷疑nfs服務器出現故障，導致客戶端nfs掛載異常。

故障處理：

登陸nfs服務器，執行service nfs status，查看進程狀態，提示nfs服務已經關閉，service nfs start開啓相關進程，客戶端操作恢復正常。
