環境：

Weblogic 12.2
近期客戶在一批服務器上安裝weblogic，其中兩臺服務器上停止weblogic提示*sys-package-mgr*: can't write index file，停止時間比正常停止時間長，網上未找到相關資料，mos上搜索到在Solaris上/var/tmp目錄如果沒有寫入權限會引起該問題，覈實該系統不適用該問題，經詳細和用戶覈實，一批服務器中有兩臺服務器出現該問題，其他服務器正常，由於該批服務器已安裝應用，懷疑是否應用涉及相關目錄無權限，新建測試域停止weblogic服務依然出現該問題，再次觀察啓動、停止過程發現域目錄和軟件目錄爲不同目錄下，檢查相關權限發現，weblogic軟件爲bea用戶下，檢查域環境爲pts下，再次檢查相關/tmp及/var/tmp下相關權限，發現/tmp/wlsTemppts文件夾數組爲340，檢查系統上不存在id號爲340的用戶組，出於謹慎情況將改目錄mv，重新啓動停止，發現問題消失。
