You will need the development header files. The package is probably named libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev or close to that.

這個是因爲沒有安裝ligstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev,
sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev即可.
