前幾天重裝了電腦，之後原來運行得好好的網站就不能運行了，錯誤如下：
Access is denied: '**************'.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Access is denied: '*************'.
在網上找了很久都沒有解決，於是自己又重裝了系統，發現還是不行。但是錯誤和之前有所不同，於是又上網找，試來試去，最後終於成功了，主要問題是asp.net用戶的權限不夠，現將解決方案總結如下：
首先，打開“Control Panel”中的“Administrative Tools”:
然後，選擇“Local Security Policy” 並雙擊：
接下來，展開“Local Policies”：
選擇“User Rights Assignment”:
選擇“Log on locally”:
將ASPNET用戶所在的組添加進去即可。
