當啓動的服務端口號被佔用後的錯誤，報錯信息：
ERROR: for sc-gateway-web Cannot start service gateway-web: failed to create endpoint sc-gateway-web on network docker-compose_sc-net: failed during hnsCallRawResponse: hnsCall failed in Win32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)
我是win 10環境，查找端口占用的應用程序方法如下：
netstat -ano|findstr "8443"
tasklist|findstr "1204"
找到應用程序，關閉後，就能正常啓動了
