在發佈webservice的時候，發現tomcat罷工了，還以爲是自己把tomcat摧殘到了呢，在重啓無效之後，細心的排查了下原因，發現原來是不小心把對於網絡應用的servers項目給關閉了，導致相應的localhost-config無法定位，所以才發生的錯誤。
