問題：超時
解決辦法：
pip --default-timeout=100 install tensorflow -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
速度快到飛起！
一開始有容量不夠的問題，卸載幾個c盤程序之後，ok了。
pip list 檢查一下有tensorflow,但是進入Python之後import卻顯示沒有這個模塊。
解決辦法：
查看匹配的庫具體名稱conda search --full-name tensorflow
看到和python3.7版本匹配的版本，選一個1.14版本的
再安裝一次
pip --default-timeout=100 install tensorflow==1.14 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
然後進入python，嘗試
import tensorflow
終於！激動人心的時刻到了，導入成功了，但是有一堆warning，看大概是numpy這個庫產生了問題：

百度了一下，要把numpy庫降級爲1.16.0即可（還有另一種辦法，改其中的值，麻煩沒有嘗試）
