何謂alembic？
alembic是SQLAlchemy的作者寫的項目遷移（migrate）庫。如果你熟悉django或者flash開發，這個開源庫肯定不陌生。
官方的解釋是“Alembic是一個輕量級的數據庫遷移工具，可與SQLAlchemy數據庫工具箱for Python一起使用。”
