How to Set/Update State of StatefulWidget from other StatefulWidget in Flutter?

问题：

1. For Example in the below code plus button works and able to update the text but the minus button does not.例如，在下面的代码中，加号按钮起作用并且能够更新文本，但减号按钮不起作用。
