據官方媒體報導，週六（6月4日）中國西南部貴州省一列火車脫軌後，一名高鐵司機喪生，數名乘客受傷。
據央視官方報導，這列火車在前往廣東省的途中，撞到了掉在隧道附近鐵軌上的碎片後脫軌。
幾家中國媒體發布的視頻片段顯示，司機的車被嚴重損壞，車被撞擊壓碎，而火車的其餘部分基本完好無損。
中央電視台說，一名列車長和七名乘客受傷並被送往醫院，並補充說“他們沒有生命危險”。

“火車司機不幸死亡，”中央電視台說。
中國媒體的畫面顯示，事故發生後，其中一輛火車車廂內的乘客和兒童在尖叫，食物和財物散落在車廂的地板上，而車廂的地板被宣布完好無損。
“哦，天哪，怎麼了？”錄音帶上聽到一個男人用英語說話。
中央電視台表示，所有乘客都已從火車上撤離，“正在對事故原因進行調查”。
近年來，作為世界上最大的高速交通系統，中國的鐵路網很少發生致命事故。
2017年，貴州高鐵隧道施工時發生爆炸，12名工人死亡。
2011 年，在靠近上海的東部城市溫州發生的一起高速事故造成約 40 人死亡，引發了有關當局為急於擴大網絡而損害安全的指責。
