HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden

You have attempted to run a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow executables to run.

其實很簡單，因爲在IIS7上不熟悉。高了快半個小時才OK。

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, type Inetmgr in the Start Search box, right-click Inetmgr in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator.
   
   If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
2. In IIS Manager, locate the level that you want to manage.
3. In Features view, double-click Handler Mappings.
4. In the Action pane, click Edit Handler Permissions.
5. For Cause 1, click to select Script, and then click OK.
   
   For Cause 2, click to select Execute, and then click OK.
