Antimalware Service Executable CPU 佔用過高

解決辦法如下：

1、Win + W 在搜索框中輸入中文 管理工具 回車。

2、雙擊 任務計劃程序 快捷方式。

3、找到 任務計劃程序/任務計劃程序庫/Microsoft/Windows/Windows Defender

4、把 Windows Defender Cache Maintenance、Windows Defender Cleanup、Windows Defender Scheduled Scan、Windows Defender Verification 統統點右邊的禁用。

5、重啓電腦。
