 both.

If you are using vue-loader@>=10.0, simply update vue-template-compiler.

If you are using vue-loader@<10.0 or vueify, re-installing vue-loader/vueify sho

uld bump vue-template-compiler to the latest.

出現這種錯誤之後可以使用命令，將vue的版本改成和vue-template-compiler的版本一致，使用命令

npm install vue@2.5.13 --save，然後直接運行就可以了！
