Main aim of job
•Administration of IT systems by performing the below listed duties and responsibilities.
•The function is the first contact for the employees at the location with regard to questions, information and problems in connection with the processing of information.
•In this context, the function must ensure adherence to the procedures, standards and agreements, that are actually valid for the hard - and software at Brose. This includes, especially, the requirements with regard to data protection and data safety.
Specific duties and responsibilities
•Performs the implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
•Implements and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
•Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the C ompany standards.
•Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
•Develops SAP knowledge and supports users to achieve the best results using the system.
•Responsible for the normal operation of emergency application as (JIT Emergency Systems)
•Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
•Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
•Runs IT projects in SAP and IT infrastructure are. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier
