To configure correctly SQL for ConfigMgr 2012 Beta 2, look at the following points :
1. Install the database engine and replication components.
2. Install SQL Reporting Services if you want to install Reporting Services Point.
3. Use a case-insensitive collation (SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS) and it must be consistent throughout the hierarchy.
4. Use a dedicated SQL Server instance for each site and do not install the SQL Server instance for more than one site on a single SQL Server computer.
5. ConfigMgr 2012 Beta 2 requires SQL Server to use static port TCP/1433 and TCP/4022 for SQL Service Broker if using a CAS or secondary sites. Since SQL Server named instances default to dynamic ports, if you are using named instances, you must manually reconfigure the named instance to use static TCP/1433.
6. SQL Server services must be configured to run under the LOCAL SYSTEM account. If you use another account, the database replication will fail due to certificate issues.
