1. Add   (*mark_debug = "true"*)   before signal

1. Run synthesis ,then  open synthesized Design -> Set Up Debug

1.  add or delete signals,   then click ->Next

1. Set ila core option.  Depth can change. Then ->Next,  Finish.

1. Run implementation -> genarate bitstream.
