PaddlePaddle簡單安裝

遇到問題：

1、nltk 3.4.3 requires singledispatch, which is not installed.

2、Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/local/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/funcsigs'

Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions.

解決：

sudo pip3 install paddlepaddle

jupyter中安裝PaddlePaddle：!pip install -U paddlepaddle
