網絡中斷原因導致keras加載vgg16等模型權重失敗， 直接解決方法是：刪掉下載文件，再重新下載
運行時出現：TimeoutError: [WinError 10060] 由於連接方在一段時間後沒有正確答覆或連接的主機沒有反應，連接嘗試失敗。
Windows-weights路徑：
C:\Users\你的用戶名\.keras\models
Linux-weights路徑：
.keras/models/
注意： linux中 帶點號的文件都被隱藏了，需要查看hidden文件才能顯示
