vivado 2019.1 :
1、MIPI RXsubsystem 手册说MPSOC -2 支持2500Mb/s ，但是vivado IP GUI配置界面只能选1500Mb/s 以下的速率。
2、进行DRC 设计规则检测时，提示MIPI RX IP内部有没驱动的信号，但是追踪到IP底层代码是有赋值的。

解决 方法：
vivado 升级到2019.2 ，升级后，这两个问题自动解决！
