使用阿里的maven鏡像

IDEA下使用maven下載依賴的速度極其慢，以前的我居然一直等maven下載等半天，我是傻*

在項目的maven選項中添加settings配置文件，初次添加時爲 create  "settings.xml"

配置文件settings.xml    直接粘貼可用  ，再重啓IDEA
