使用阿里的maven镜像

IDEA下使用maven下载依赖的速度极其慢，以前的我居然一直等maven下载等半天，我是傻*

在项目的maven选项中添加settings配置文件，初次添加时为 create  "settings.xml"

配置文件settings.xml    直接粘贴可用  ，再重启IDEA
