一 更換啓動圖片
1：在\plugins\org.eclipse.platform_xxxxxxxxx 目錄下用想要的圖片更換原有的splash.bmp即可
2：修改啓動參數：eclipse.exe -vmargs -Dosgi.splashLocation=圖片路徑（如 C:\picture_path\splash.bmp）或在eclipse.ini中加入：-Dosgi.splashLocation=圖片路徑
二 修改快捷鍵
