I’m Yancey Xie. As one of your customers, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with your supermarket about an accident I suffered.
Last Sunday, I went to your supermarket for shopping. When I was passing the aquatic product area, I didn’t notice the water splashed on the floor, slipped and fell. I rose to my feet with the help of your salesman and found my knees bruised.
Although your salesman gave me proper first aid immediately, and I accepted your sincere apology afterwards, I would like to give your some suggestions to prevent similar accidents. First, you should keep your floor dry and wipe away the water at any time. Second, you could place some skidproof mats when there is water splashed over. Moreover, you may also put up a poster to remind customers to watch their steps.
I would be grateful if you could take my advice into consideration and make some improvements at your earliest convenience.
