maven中jetty配置

其中pre-integration-test和post-integration-test可以讓jetty隨着maven的命令啓動，命令結束而停止。

添加

 <pluginGroups>
    <pluginGroup>org.mortbay.jetty</pluginGroup>
  </pluginGroups>

不然可能會出這樣的錯誤
