php base64編碼地址欄含有下劃線解決

php傳遞參數如果是一個url,就需要轉化下傳輸,使用php的bs64編碼來進行編碼,發現編碼後的數據帶有下劃線,瀏覽器不識別

只能進行轉化改版bs64轉碼解碼方法 。

首先我們看下bs64的編碼方法
