When using RXMLElement.h, I always get below error when compiling the code:
Lexical or Preprocessor Issue 'libxml/xmlversion.h' file not found.
When checking, I can always see xmlversion.h existing in libxml folder. After investigation, in my case, the root cause is that the path of the header file is not set correctly.
Let's pay attention on the configuration of RXMLElement:
- Copy or add the RXMLElement.h and RXMLElement.m files into your project.
- Import RXMLElement.h or add it to your PCH file for global use.
- Link the libz and libxml2 frameworks into your project (Target (your target name)/Build Phases/Link Binary With Libraries).
- In your build settings, for the key “Header Search Paths”, add “/usr/include/libxml2"
In my project, I did not set Header Search Paths correctly.
