Navicat 連接MySQL時提示2059錯誤

mysql> alter user "root"@"localhost" identified by "123456" password expire never;
mysql> alter user "root"@"localhost" identified with mysql_native_password by "123456";
mysql> flush privileges;

重啓Navicat 工具
