學習的深度 & 深度的學習

多用於大數據緩存,那爲什麼不用其他的消息隊列?即使是選擇了Kafka,那我應該選擇自建還是選擇雲上的服務?帶着這些問題,再去回到業務問題中尋找相應的答案,我相信對知識的理解又可以上一個臺階。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":1},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"深度的學習"}]},{"type":"blockquote","content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"樹的深度,是從頂點到葉子節點的距離。所以學習的深度,是指從方法論深入到實踐中去。"}]}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"每個人都有每個人的特點。也就適合自己學習的方法論。但深度的學習還是有一些共性的。那就是是否有自己的知識的內核。一切的知識,在知識內核的組織下,都是自洽的、互相連接的,並且可以深入到實踐中的。在這種情況下,即使遇到了新的問題,也能通過既有的知識,得到自己的見解和解決問題的方法。"}]},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":2},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"學習文學、藝術或是哲學"}]},{"type":"blockquote","content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"一切技術的問題,其實都是人的問題。那麼一切人的問題最終有會回到那靈魂三問:我是誰?從何而來?到哪裏去?"}]}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"人和機器的區別,就是人有思想。思想讓人可以直接跳出問題的既有框架,達到新的高度、新的抽象。而這種抽象和思考,最好的鍛鍊方法就是人文、藝術或是哲學。可能熟悉我的朋友知道我最近幾年一直在鼓搗攝影。但是實際上攝影對我在工作上產生了非常非常大的幫助。第一個是我的觀察能力更強了。其實是我觀察的更聚焦了。攝影和繪畫藝術類似,要想創作好的作品,首先需要有非常明確的主題和主體。攝影能讓我更有意識的去識別主體、聚焦主體。第二,讓我能跳出既有問題的窠臼。其實很多時候,解決不了問題並不是技術不行,而是舊的方式已經不再合適。需要跳出既有的思考方式,需要用新的思維方式去解決。第三,是讓我變成了一個更好的交流者。通過人像的拍攝,強迫自己和交流。其實有人的故事纔會動人。任何人,無論美醜,當真情流露的時候,都是動人的。最後,攝影也需要非常詳細的規劃和準備。一個攝影師和導演或者項目經理類似。一個好的作品,需要非常好的前期準備、中期執行和後期調整。如果不能以系統化的思維去做,那是無法形成優秀的作品的。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"而且這些年,我不斷的和一些管理者交流的時候,發現他們其實也有自己的愛好。有喜歡藝術的、有喜歡哲學/宗教的。他們有着非常深入的思考和實踐,有自己的獨特的方法論。我相信這個過程中,愛好起了非常重要的作用。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"有的時候我們會抱怨工作沒有計劃,沒有創造性。那可以先從自己的愛好開始創造。畢竟自己的愛好,怎麼玩自己說了算。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":2},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"學而思、思而學"}]},{"type":"blockquote","content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"Talk necessary~!"}]}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"很多時候,我們覺得自己懂了,其實不是真正的懂了。我個人覺得檢驗知識的一個非常好的辦法,就是把思考完整、流暢的講出來。看上去很簡單不是嗎?侃大山誰不會啊!但實際上這是非常非常艱難的一件事情。首先要想完整的講出來,咱得先準備準備材料查缺補漏吧。胡亂講,那是要被噴的。那要流暢的講出來,那必須得是自己的一些想法,不是自己的,怕是無法流暢。甚至在講的過程中,不明真相的圍觀羣衆會有很多角度刁鑽的問題。很多是之前從沒想過的。自己沒點乾貨,很容易就被問住。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"所以每過一段時間或一個階段,就把自己的學習和思考系統化的總結一下,拿出來跟大家講講。這也是對自己學習的一個校正的機會。看看正在學的、正在做的是否存在一些系統性的偏差,及時調整自己。"}]},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":2},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"堅持~!堅持~!再堅持~!"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"羅馬不是一天建成的。學習方法論和知識的內核不是一朝一夕的事情。但是堅持、堅持、再堅持,學習能力就會變成自己的護城河。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}}]}
