Day148: Running


Sorry to make this passage very late to share. I just had a conversition with my friends just now. After that, I realize that I didn't finish my writing for today, so do I need to go to bed directly or keep writing again?

Without hesitation, I continue writing cus I don't want to give myself an excuse to comfort. That's the reason why you reviewed this passage.

Today I want to talk about running, I think I may have the qualification to mention this cus I began to run on Nov last year. In the beginning, I just run 5km but later I improved. I think I can run more so changed to 8km, at last I got 10km for every time when I want to run.

I think you may have that question why do I want to run? Even for 10km? Originally that was becaused I feel so tired and stress about myself due to the hard work and the relationships with my brothers, which made me feel very very awful.

I don't want to share these bad moods with my friends cus I don't want to have some side effects on them, so I choose to run instead of staying at home.

Now I felt great and relaxed abou myself after 10km running. I begin to love that status, which let me think I shouldn't be lazy. I want to be a self-discipline person.

Running could give us lots of benefits, I ensure. I encourage all you guys to get out to run three times or twice a week. I think you will be very enjoyable.

So get out and keep running, guys!
