我的健康生活

It's important for us to live a healthy life.

Firstly, we need to form good eating habits. We'd better eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. Meanwhile, it's necessary to play different sports because we can keep fit in this way. Then reading is a good way to relax, which also opens up our eyes. Besides, we need to have good sleeping habits which will possibly affect our daily mental state.

In a word, no matter what a small effort on our lifestyle we make, it does make us healthier and healthier.

首先,我們需要養成良好的飲食習慣。我們最好多喫水果和蔬菜,少喫垃圾食品。同時,我們有必要進行不同的運動,因爲多做運動可以讓我們保持健康。閱讀是一種很好的放鬆方式,也會讓我們大開眼界。此外,我們需要有良好的睡眠習慣,睡眠習慣可能會影響我們的日常精神狀態。


總之,不管我們在改變生活方式上做了多麼小的努力,這些努力都可以使我們變得越來越健康。
