电影《肖申克的救赎》是部心理励志剧，也是一面镜子，使我们从无形的监狱中救赎出来，亦如钱锺书《围城》一样耐人回味。
隔壁老王久在职场，临近退休，先行休假。开始时无报无会无文无应酬，倒也逍遥自在，老王依旧生物钟坚持早起午休晚睡。
不过七日，老王己按捺不住体制内行为，每日打电话询问工作，通过微信圈掌握单位状况，有一晚返回办公室还梳理了工作安排。
老王总结休假收获：提高了生活自理能力，拖地摘菜做饭洗碗……洗衣机、微波炉、电烤箱、煤气灶……买菜买电买气买药……
老王脱离了文山会海，也没有了秘书助手，衣食住行医娱皆自行动手解决，这没有集体统一思想行为的生活让老王举棋不定。
长久的体制内生活，会让人思想行为高度体制化，如笼中金丝雀、如温水青蛙，离不开体制，体制无形中如"监狱”。
有人说，体制内要如狗，忠诚于食物；体制外要如狼，拼咬于猎物。老王想，他要变成一只狼狗，体制内外游刃有余进退自如。
愿老王此次休假砺练成功，从此成为逍遥游的鲲鹏。
