從遊戲到科技文化公司,CTO 爲何需要持續“挖坑”?

1000 多本。我翻看了這三本書,由於很多字都不認識,就束之高閣啦,如果歷史書都做成這樣,我肯定會因爲看不懂而選擇棄書。中國古代的文化瑰寶需要一些時間去解讀,然後用通俗易懂的方式演繹出來,才能讓普羅大衆理解。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"遊戲結合文化之後,我們非常希望給大家帶來一些有趣的,不一樣的新體驗,當然這件事情極具挑戰性。需要在多個方面作出調整。"}]},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":2},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"策略:用文化解決“重生”挑戰"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"首要問題是尋找專項性的人才。想達成我們的願景,之前的遊戲行業缺乏這樣的人才,比如我們需要導演。之前公司HR
