001 含義有相似之處，但有些許不同:
though , 更多用於口語
-conj. 連接詞：雖然，儘管
Though it is raining, I still have to go out. （儘管下雨了，我還是要出門。）
-adv. 副詞：然而，還是(一般放在句尾）
It was a hard job, he took it though. （這是份苦差事，他還是接受了。）
even though
-ph. 短語，片語：即使，縱然，儘管
Even though I were in his place, I would not go. （即使我在他的地位，我也不願意去。）
although, 與though相比，語氣更重一些，也更適用於書面用語。
-conj. 連接詞： 雖然，儘管，然而
Although it is a nice day, I still don't want to go out. （雖然天氣很好，我還是不想出門。）
002 使用上的注意事項：
三者均可用於句首，但是句子中需要有謂語動詞；用在句首時，兩個（相對比的）句子中間需要有逗號。
Although（/Even though/Though） everyone played well , we lost the game.
三者用在句子中間時，不需要用逗號間隔。
2) We lost the game although(/even though/though) everyone played well.
even 一詞無法單獨用在句首擔當even though / though /although 的功能。
Even everyone played well, we lost the game.
