2021-12-03(73)New Habit

Due to the jet lag, I failed so many time the daily updates on App. So these days, I changed my strategies that updates were made at the end of the day as before, now changed as updates in the morning. Then it's approved that this strategy is better than the previous one. 

1- The 1st thing I shall do at the start of the daily work is an update. I sort out my yesterday's thinking and feelings, then note the one which impressed me most. Following that, I could find my own feelings to start the routine work. Then a good day starts. 

2-The most important thing must be done in the morning. Thus, you could not forget it along with the routine busywork. Normally, people easily mess them up with the less important thing with others and forget their own destination. But if we do these private important things for the first time, it may be not easy to forget. Don't you think?

3-I'm thinking maybe I need to get up earlier to make my things done every day, if not, I always ignore my neglect of the most important things.
