This morning, something occurred to me due to the daily work communication with the sister company's colleagues.
My closest friend and colleague, we work for the same department. Daily communication between us is pretty good, we can understand each other very well. But, when this friend coordinates with others who he doesn't like and always underestimates others' abilities to complete the work. Especially, some issues/problems occurred, he wouldn't like to communicate with others. He wants to do it all on his own or with someone he could control. I can understand that everything under control is a very good feeling.
But, he could not communicate with others when problems happened. That point makes me very uncomfortable.
Sometimes, I even don't want to talk with this guy.
However, I found this time my friend changed a lot, who can understand my point and change one by one. I again think it's really good news.
