Azure 刪除VHD時報錯：There is currently a lease on the blob and no lease ID was specified in the request

可下載：http://clumsyleaf.com/products/cloudxplorer

然後在Accounts中新建一個Account，賬號與Key，可在相應的storage

Manage AccessKey中得到

之後在相應的VHD上右鍵Break lease即可釋放並刪除
