本文記錄我在 Debian 安裝 dotnet 失敗，報錯信息是 packages-microsoft-prod depends on ca-certificates; however: Package ca-certificates is not installed.
一開始按照官方的以下代碼例子進行安裝 packages-microsoft-prod.deb 文件，命令如下
sudo dpkg -i packages-microsoft-prod.deb
報錯信息如下

根據網上提供的命令，通過以下命令重新安裝 ca-certificates 工具
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates
依然提示失敗，這次是依賴的 openssl 沒有安裝，錯誤提示如下

解決方法：
先通過 apt --fix-broken install 命令解開錯誤，輸入命令行如下
sudo apt --fix-broken install
運行成功，輸出如下
