Microsoft outlook2013權限問題的解決

srs文件壞了，再生成一個即可；

1.     Exit Outlook
2.     Open Run (press and hold Windows key + R), type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook OR C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
3.     Locate the .srs file inside the Outlook folder
4.     Right click on the .srs file to select rename, rename it to .old
5.     Open Outlook and perform Send /receive to verify the status
