[HEVC] HM軟件使用

編譯成功後,命令行運行:

TAppEncoder.exe -c xx.cfg

xx.cfg就是配置文件,一般可以這樣生成自己的cfg

以幀內編碼爲例,在HM/cfg/encoder_intra_main.cfg拷貝一個到TappEncoder.exe所在的目錄,在最開始添加如下內容:
