Grammarly錯誤

Open Grammarly 提示"No document is open or your document could not be detected",但是能夠看到錯誤數量,情況如下圖:

網上沒有找到解決方法,後面問了客服o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o


客服小姐姐提供的解決方法:

We recommend that you reinstall Grammarly for Microsoft Office for "all users" by following the steps below:
(使用all user模式重裝)
1. Uninstall your current version of the Grammarly add-in via Control Panel > Programs and Features > right click on Grammarly for Microsoft® Office Suite > select Uninstall.(通過控制面板卸載Grammarly)

Or if you use Windows 10: go to Windows search in the start menu, search for “Control Panel desktop app” and click > Programs > Programs and Features > right click on Grammarly for Microsoft® Office Suite > select Uninstall.

2. Download the latest version from http://www.grammarly.com/office-addin/(下載最新版本的Grammarly)
3. Double-click the GrammarlyAddInSetup.exe file (打開Grammarly安裝文件)

4. When you see “Welcome to Grammarly” window, press and hold Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard and then click Get Started(在welcome to Grammarly框彈出來的時候,一直按住Shift和Control鍵,然後點擊Get Start按鈕)

5. Check the Install for all users option and click Next:(一直按着Shift和Control鍵,如下的界面就會出現,後面按照引導操作)

 

重點就是第四步,要在welcome to grammarly框彈出來的時候一直按着Shift和Control鍵,到下一步就可以看到 Install for all users

如果沒有看到 Install for all users 還是會出錯的
