GoogleAppEngineLauncher啓動出錯的解決方法

運行GoogleAppEngineLauncher的時候，提示出錯，按照提示查看出錯日誌具體出錯日誌如下：

解決辦法是：
刪除C:\Documents and Settings\[你登陸的用戶名]\Google\google_appengine_projects.ini 這個文件
