we have quality of our production and environment , hardware and software with formal technical procedure when we implement new version, expecially when we dealing with large project, release management is critical.the cost that will incurr by no putting in place release managment,means she will gernerates interuption fully planed software release and hardware upgrade, duplication of tasks , because you got copies of different versions through our organizations,also inefficiency of using resources because you can't track where the resources are going,you could lose source file another associated files, also it is very difficult to apply security  and virus protection if you are unsure what verions of your operating system , applications ,serices and devices that being used.
1. foundamental of release management:athorization of major roll out. major release , in addition to the major release , minor relase and hardware release you also have a call emergency fixes, this emergency fixes will typically have their own number and schemes.
2. release mangement goal: give a view of IT services process.give us hands on approches to change.release managment contains conducts of prior testing , pilot testing, post testing , post testing can be refer to auditing , the auditing of hardware and software, doing and following the change implementation, release management is hands on invole of preparation in the installation and possibly training for implementing for this paricular release , release management is about storage of software ,releasing the software, distributing of the software and automately intalling of the software or hardware solution .release need to uniq identified.
