10月16日考試，證書22日發出，兩個月沒有收到，所以試了一下CASE，竟然給我重新郵寄證書了！
簡要過程：

終於看到系統裏面自己的證書已經mailed了....
奇怪的是竟然一次給我mailed了兩個...傳說中的雙NA就是我了.
總結一下,證書郵寄丟基本是地址寫的有問題,別怪中國郵政和看門大爺.還是建議大家最好使用以前收到過國際郵件的英文地址,這樣會比較保險些.我最後郵寄到北京一個大學那裏了.
思科對CASE的處理速度比預想中慢些,我用了5個工作日..
要是嫌慢,過兩天上去催一下.
看上去應該是免費的了,呵呵.最終總結一下：
1，考試完後一定要好好填寫自己的英文地址，要盡力使用已經成功收取過國際信件的英文地址，不要自己亂翻譯
2，如果在一個半月之後收不到證書的話，要馬上給思科發CASE，CASE要自己寫，儘量要寫的地道些，不要照着抄網上的CASE模版，可以適當地用用CET或者考研的書信範文，或者詢問一下英語達人們。

2:有些人明明收到了，卻說沒收到，以便讓Cisco再免費發一個，好讓自己有兩個證書。Cisco也不傻，一開始自然是隻要你寫Case就免費給你發一個，現在就不是了(在04年那個時候，只要你寫Case就給你免費重發，甚至免費重發兩次都可以，還可以免費提供電子證書)。目前不是每個Case都給你免費重發的，這個也要看運氣，因爲處理Case的人不同，他們對此問題的態度也不一樣。你可能遇到“好心”的了。
