outlook 2007無法打印

選擇打印時出現一個對話框，“所選打印機出現問題。可能需要重新安裝此打印機。請重試或使用其他打印機。”

臨時解決方案：

一。關閉outlook，再次打開。

二。卸載這個補丁KB2509470

三。重命名OutlPrnt

原文中的XP和Vista、Windows 7的位置好像搞混了。

我的電腦是XP,位置在C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

1. Close Outlook.
2. Locate OutlPrnt and rename it to .old. This will reset your current print settings. 
3. • Windows XP
     C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
   • Windows Vista and Windows 7
     C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\
4. Restart Outlook and you should now be able to print again.

原因：安裝了KB2509470，目前微軟已經承認這個補丁有問題，目前已經撤銷，還沒有發行新的。

此項更新已被 Microsoft 撤回，並且不久將重新發布。安裝當前的更新，用戶不能通過使用 Outlook 中的“打印預覽”窗格進行打印。
