requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC Interpreted as FreqBandList IE as specified in TS 38.331 [82]. It concerns a list of NR and/ or E-UTRA frequency bands for which the UE is requested to provide its supported NR CA and/or MR-DC band combinations (i.e. within the UE capability containers for NR and MR-DC, as requested by E-UTRAN) and feature sets corresponding to the MR-DC band combinations (i.e. within the UE capability containers for LTE and NR, as requested by E-UTRAN). |

FreqBandList
The IE FreqBandList is used by the network to request NR CA and/or MR-DC band combinations for specific NR and/or E-UTRA frequency bands and/or up to a specific number of carriers and/or up to specific aggregated bandwidth.This is also used to request feature sets (for NR) and feature set combinations (for NR and MR-DC).
requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC包含有nr 和eutra的band信息。在剛纔的ota中就是 eutra band1,3；nr band78.
網絡通過此字段包含的band列表，請求 中的NR CA 和NR和E-Utra鍵的band聚合，當然還可以針對特定的載波和聚合帶寬來查詢聚合能力。 同時還被用於查詢NR的feature sets，以及 NR and MR-DC的feature set combinations。
在38.331 5.6.1.4 Setting band combinations, feature set combinations and feature sets supported by the UE 中,
NOTE 1: Capability enquiry without frequencyBandListFilter is not supported.
即 Capability enquiry必須包含frequencyBandListFilter。但是在現網ota信令中並沒有看到這個字段。不過查看協議其結構和
requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC一樣，都是FreqBandList IE。所以requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC應該起了frequencyBandListFilter同樣的作用。
比如38.331 5.6.1.4中
1> include the received frequencyBandListFilter in the field appliedFreqBandListFilter of the requested UE capability, except if the requested rat-Type is nr andthe network included the eutra-nr-only field;
要求UE收到appliedFreqBandListFilter放到frequencyBandListFilter 中。
在現網log中雖然沒有收到frequencyBandListFilter，但是在UE-NR-Capability和UE-MRDC-Capability都有appliedFreqBandListFilter字段。內容和requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC中相同。所以將 requestedFreqBandsNR-MRDC當做frequencyBandListFilter了。
針對只支持nsa的終端，在針對nr的UE-NR-Capability中沒有supportedBandCombinationList，featureSetCombinations，featureSets。在後續支持SA的log中，應該會包含。
