labelImg安裝中的一些問題

我在下載了labelImg的代碼解壓後，執行python labelImg.py
發現遇到兩個問題

1. Missing string id : useDefaultLabel labelimg
2. ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'PyQt5', ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sip'

第二個問題，缺少模塊裝上就是了。
第一個問題的話，需要

pyrcc5 -o resources.py resources.qrc
