GitHub訪問提速

在本地host文件中添加映射，步驟如下：
用文本編輯器打開hosts文件，位於C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc目錄下
打開 http://tool.chinaz.com/dns ,這是一個查詢域名映射關係的工具，選一個延遲小的添加到hosts文件中，例如：

以上方法來自互聯網，實測並沒有什麼用。有效的方法爲：

1、用數據流量而不是寬帶網絡（尤其是校園網）來訪問；

2、需要下載大文件時，推薦使用服務器來下載，例如Vultr，從github網站將zip直接wget到服務器網速平均40MB/s，從服務器到本地，那就得看本事了。（直接scp也可以，但是偶爾會不穩定。最好的方法是從Vultr轉到國內的雲，然後基本可以全速下載了。）
