Oracle环境下校验身份证的函数

1.由于业务要求,需要再触发器中定制一个身份证的校验过程,特此校验

显示效果:

如果为1,表示校验通过,为正确的身份证号码

如果为2,表示校验失败,为错误的身份证号码
