小产品、连接和生态

{"type":"doc","content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"今天与伙伴们讨论目标的时候谈到了一些产品观,就当时的所想我在短时间内聊了下。晚上回来想到这个内容,还是记录一下。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"之所以会随口而出这几个词,也大抵与我平时做产品的观念有关。产品从小处着手,做小产品,建立连接,进而形成生态。下文就这几个方面分别论述。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"小产品","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"这里的小产品包含两个层面,一个是做小产品,小而美的产品,一个是再大的产品也能拆解成小的部分,依然可以是做小产品。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"人们总是克制不住让一个产品包罗万象,能满足所有用户的需要,但是大而全的东西如同刺猬一样,做的人无从下手,用的人茫然无措。就算是我们现在熟知的很多庞大的产品,也是从小而来,即使是大也保持着相对的简单,更多是以多产品的融合形式体现其大。而有些公司从始至终就未追求过大,典型如37signal,看过《重来》(有两部)的应当还留有这个印象。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"把产品做小更难,把产品做小是一种能力。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"连接","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"这里的连接包含了三个层面,一是产品与产品的连接,一是产品与人的连接,一是人与人的连接。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"产品与产品的连接","attrs":{}},{"type":"text","text":",可以是内部产品间的连接,也可以是内部与外部的产品连接,通过产品与产品的连接,达到服务更广泛的受众覆盖,扩展了服务边界。前面说到做小产品,通过小产品的连接可以达成更大的产品目标,但又能保持产品的局部界限,有独立的应用场景,又存在于一个复合的服务体系。本着开放的心态,产品会打破内部连接的局限,与外部产品的连接,能够互补不足,当然外部的连接存在着不稳定,经济利益的不稳定,服务边界的不稳定,体量变化引起的不稳定等等,但是合作相对封闭来说,总还算是趋势。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"产品与人的连接","attrs":{}},{"type":"text","text":",会形成产品的圈子,这里的人有更广的范围,产品企业的人,使用产品的用户,行业专家,等等。有了与人的连接,之前所说的产品与产品的连接就有了让更多人认识更多产品的机会,有助于带动各个产品的收益。像微信与微信读书,头条与抖音,有了之前产品与人产生的连接,进而有了更多产品与人的连接。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"人与人的连接","attrs":{}},{"type":"text","text":",在产品与人的连接基础上,就有了人与人之间的连接。人作为社会化的人,与他人天然有连接的需求,人与人的连接会带来更多的可能,比如口碑的传播可以说就是建立在人与人的连接之上的。很多产品本身就建立在人与人的连接基础上,各类社交软件就是例子,而很多产品也拼命想建立起人与人的连接。从这层连接中,一定有机会发现新的需求,反过来助推新产品的诞生。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"连接会放大价值,而且能产生新的价值。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"生态","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"连接多了,就容易形成生态。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"生态这个词当然现在大家可能对其已经免疫了,自乐视提出“生态化反”,后面的人再提生态就慎重得多了。但是生态早就存在,以前就有诸如产业链的生态,而现在的生态做得好的大家都知道小米做得不错,所以我们还是可以提一提生态的,只不过应该更切实一些,少一些假大空。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"当连接打破封闭,不管是内部产品与外部产品建立了连接,产品与人建立了连接,还是人与人建立了连接,一旦连接建立,就有了生态形成的初始条件。生态之间又会相会交叠,比如我们为了发展会抱别人的大腿,比如加入小米体系,进入阿里合作生态,上了腾讯开放平台等等,也会有别人来抱我们大腿。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"
