CIO林梅帶來了主題爲“有勇氣遇見最好的自己”的分享。引用希拉里曾說過的一句話:“我們就像一個拋球的小丑,總有一個球我們是接不到的。”林梅認爲,女性有很多角色,即使是最優秀的女性,也有一些角色是接不住的,所以大家不必過於焦慮。關於“如何遇見最好的自己”,她認爲主要有幾點:首先是勇氣,要勇於放棄自己已經得到的東西,比如重新創業、比如從基礎開始,要敢於向那些不尊重自己的管理者說不,任何事情都存在困難,但我們要勇於挑戰那些困難;其次是堅持,做任何事都要堅持,堅持自己心中的夢想,追逐下去;最後是學習,大多數的成功和觀念來自於日常教育,我們既要多學習各方面的知識,也需要多向身邊的男性學習,包括思維方式、語言表達、人際交往等等,另外,男性更善於妥協然後做深度的思考,這一點也值得女性學習。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":2},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"數字化轉型浪潮中的挑戰與突破"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"北京睿呈時代信息科技有限公司
